Machine Learning and Database Management Systems

This morning, I gave a talk at the Machine Learning seminar (link) organized by HIIT (University of Helsinki and Aalto). Thanks to Teemu Roos for the invitation.

The title of the talk was “Machine Learning for Database Management Systems – and vice versa”. You can find the slides here.

Talk at Covve in Athens

Last week, Stavros and I from Helvia visited the offices of Covve in Kifisia, Athens.

During the visit, I gave a presentation on machine learning, which included basic concepts, software, and a hands-on session with scikit-learn and tensorflow. You can find the material of the session on github.
